Yonas is a Partner responsible for the firm’s audit portfolio in manufacturing, construction, retail, and distribution. In addition to his audit leadership of the firm’s top clients, Yonas is responsible for the firm’s Practice Management System for its trainings across the firm’s staff. Yonas has more than 20 years of experience. Yonas holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University (UK), Edinburgh Business School (UK). He is a graduate from Addis Ababa University and the Addis Ababa Commercial College in Accounting.

Solomon is a Partner responsible for the firm’s audit portfolio in financial services, manufacturing , construction, retail and mining. Solomon is responsible for the firm’s Audit Engagement Solution for training and the system’s effective day to day use for the audit staff. He has over 16 years of audit experience and joined HST in 2006. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School (UK). He is also graduate from Addis Ababa University and has attained his ACCA qualification in 2003.

Thomas is an Associate Director responsible for the firm’s medium size and large audit clients. In addition to his audit leadership,he is also responsible for the firm’s audit quality assurance system and its effective implementation of the International Audit Quality Control Standards.He also has broad experience in audit engagements with over 18 years of audit and consulting experience. Prior to joining HST he consulted withThe World Bank and UNDP.Thomas holds Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Masters in Human Resources Management degree from Nagpur University.

Gobeze is an Associate Director responsible for the firm’s medium size and large audit clients in various sectors. Gobeze is also responsible for the firm’s audit staff professional learning.Gobeze has been the engagement manager and senior partner on several large and complex audit assignments.He has experience of audit and consulting of different sectors including financial institutions, commercial enterprises, factories, energy sector, and non-governmental and international organizations.

A former academician at Addis Ababa University (AAU), Zekrie currently holds the position of Managing Director, Consulting and Learning Solutions. He was managing Encore Employment, Training and Consultancy Services Plc before it was acquired by HST. He has an MBA from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, and a BA in Accounting from Addis Ababa University. He is an experienced adult trainer and is attuned to training and development issues within local businesses and institutions. He has a proven track record as a lead trainer in many executive training programs.

Getachew is a Senior Manager responsible the firm’s Strategy and Innovation Service line. In addition to strategy, business model and finance transformation engagements, Getachew is also the Knowledge Manager of HST with firm wide responsibility of knowledge sharing by professionals across the firm. Getachew served as management, finance and development consultant, practitioner, facilitator and trainer with more than 25 years of experience. Getachew has BA Degree in Accounting from Addis Ababa University and MBA from Georgia State University (USA).

Ato Endalkachew is a renowned organizational & systems as well as human resource management & development specialist. He served at a governmental and quasi-governmental organization in the areas of HRD for the last 33 years. He advised private share companies and participated as an associate consultant/trainer in Ethiopian Management Institute in the areas of organizational methods, entrepreneurship, HRD, Change Management and labor related issues. He has a proven achievements in change management, case handling, conflict resolution and developing successors
